Anti-Spam Policy
BolsterBiz takes email compliance and responsible communication seriously. This policy explains how we use email and what we do not permit, and it applies to everyone connected to us - including our employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and any third-party vendors acting on our behalf.

BolsterBiz does not send unsolicited bulk email ("spam"). No party connected to BolsterBiz is permitted to advertise or promote bolsterbiz.com, or any BolsterBiz service, through unsolicited bulk email.
No unauthorized promotion of bolsterbiz.com
No party is authorized to reference, link to, or promote bolsterbiz.com in unsolicited messages of any kind. Our company name and website may not be used to send, or to appear in, unwanted email - whether on our behalf or otherwise.
Who we contact
We send email only to recipients with whom we have an existing business relationship, or who have given their consent to be contacted.
Honest sender identification
Every message we send accurately identifies BolsterBiz as the sender and uses accurate header and subject information. We do not hide or misrepresent our identity, and we comply with applicable anti-spam law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
Opt-out
Every message includes a clear and functioning method to decline further communication.
We honor all opt-out requests promptly and within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy by any employee, contractor, affiliate, partner, or vendor result in the immediate suspension of the relevant campaign, investigation of the report, and appropriate disciplinary or contractual action.

If you believe you have received a message that violates this policy, please contact us at abuse@bolsterbiz.com. We investigate all reports and act on them promptly.
