A great idea, two people, and not enough hours.

Ex Judicata started with just two people. That's it. Two founders running what is, honestly, a pretty cool idea: the first job board built specifically for lawyers who want out of law and into something else.

Good idea, small team. And a small team trying to source jobs, run outreach, do research, write content, and also actually grow the business runs out of hours pretty fast.

That's where BolsterBiz came in. We didn't just take on one task — we basically became an extra arm of their team. Job sourcing, campaign lookups, research, content support, all of it.
